These are the Terms and conditions on which Bigvoipshp will provide you with their services on its web site.
By buying any service from us you indicate that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them
Description of Service
BigVoIPShop is an electronic shop that sells VoIP services & products provided by other companies and manufacturers, Bigvoipshop is an authorized reseller of Betamax.com, Skype.com, Mywebcalls.com,
with Bigvoipshop end users can buy voip service & products locally and overseas
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Bigvoipshop.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Bigvoipshop.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over €2000.00 (EUR) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Bigvoipshop.com is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from VoIP providers.
Payment
1- The Charges for the Service shall be as stated in the Order. All Charges are exclusive of VAT and are subject to change.
2- All Charges payable under this Agreement shall be calculated by reference to data recorded or logged by BigVoIPShop and not by reference to data recorded or logged by the Customer.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Bigvoipshop.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bigvoipshop.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Bigvoipshop.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
PROCESSING TIME
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our order processor division.
Please note, credit card processing can take up to 24 hours (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.
Third-party sites
The Site contains links to other Internet sites owned by third parties. Your use of each of those sites is subject to the conditions, if any, that each of those sites has posted. BigVoIPShop has no control over sites that are not ours, and we are not responsible for any changes to or content on them. Our inclusion on our sites of any third-party content or a link to a third-party site is not an endorsement of that content or third-party site.
Provision of Information
The Customer undertakes promptly to provide BigVoIPShop free of charge with all information and co operation that BigVoIPShop may reasonably require to enable it to proceed without interruption with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement
